COMPANY
Kotyr.se's online store is owned and operated by Kotyr HB. All content on
Kotyr.se, including but not limited to: information, content, images, graphics
and programming code such as HTML and JavaScript are copyrighted material
belonging Kotyr.se and may not be reproduced in any manner without Kotyr.se's
written approval. Pictures may be published on the web provided that in
connection with the image clearly states that it is taken from Kotyr.se and
also links to www.kotyr.se.
PRICES
All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK), including 25% VAT. When you place an
order, we will automatically send out a receipt via email. This receipt is in
no way a contract, and orders can be canceled due to bearing failure, suspected
fraud or the detection of incorrectly specified price, or for other reasons
that we feel fits. Minimum order amount dispensed is SEK 100.
PAYMENT
All customers can pay via credit, debit or credit cards linked to Visa,
MasterCard and Diners Club. No extra charges are added.
Customers in Sweden can also pay by invoice via Klarna. The invoice is enclosed
with your goods and payment terms are 14 days. For late payments, a fee by the
amount allowed by law (at present 50 SEK and interest at 2% per month +
applicable reference rate) is added. Simplified credit check without a courtesy
copy is made. In the choice of invoice payment method will be a fee of 69 SEK.
Please note that your credit period of 14 days begins to run from when your
package is sent, not when you decide to pick up your package. The right of
return is still 14 days and payment is adjusted when we receive back the
returned item.
When paying by invoice we send orders ONLY to registered address! If instead
you want to get your order sent to a different delivery address, choose credit
card payment.
DELIVERY
All deliveries are made by DHL. You get a notice by mail or SMS when the
package is ready to collect at your nearest DHL dealer. Delivery time is
usually about 2-3 days in Sweden (in exceptional cases delivery can take up to
one week due to external factors such as traffic / weather conditions, strikes,
etc.) and about 3-4 days to Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and
Lithuania. Deliveries to the rest of Europe takes about 4-6 days, and the rest
of the world 4-8 days. Note that some garments have longer delivery time, see
each individual garment.
DELIVERY COSTS
We always use a fixed delivery charge of 69 SEK within Sweden, so you know
exactly how much it is. When purchasing over 3000 SEK, the shipping is free
within Sweden!
Delivery cost in Europe is 150 SEK (About €15). Any customs fees and other possible
costs are paid by the customer. For the rest of the world the delivery cost is 290
SEK.
When a package is not picked up, we charge a fee of 350 SEK.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When buying from Kotyr.se you always have the
right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date the item arrived at
your DHL dealer. The only condition is that the item will be back in their
original condition ie that it is not used, cleaned or otherwise modified.
Always enclose the original packaging and labels. Note that these original
packaging included as part of the product. If you do not follow this return
policy, are accepted only return at our discretion. Be careful when you try your
garment on at home, some garments are particularly fragile and it is your
responsibility that the product is returned in good condition! Original box for
shoes and dustbag for bags is to accompany the return. For hygienic reasons the
exchange / return policy is not valid for swimming and underwear. Note that
there also is a no return policy on custom made items when they are made just
for your order!
When exchanging or returning your purchase, the cost is 69 SEK within Sweden! For orders outside of Sweden, the buyer pays for the cost of return
postage. It is the buyers responsibillity to make sure that the returned order comes
back to us. If a delivered product is incorrect or flawed in some way, Kotyr.se
pays for the return postage! At a return, follow the instructions on the
enclosed return form!
If you wish to exchange an item please contact our customer service via e-mail
(info@kotyr.se) or by phone (+46-8-333 270) for instructions on how to make
your exchange. Please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can reserve the
size / item you wish to change to.
Once we have received and accepted your return, we make a refund of the
returned product's value. Normally, we adjust the return within two business
days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according
to consumer laws. We send you a message by e-mail when the return is completed.
However, it takes a few days before you see the transaction on your account.
Original shipping cost and any billing fee is not refundable.
Please note that we do not solve the goods returned to us in cash on delivery.
COMPLAINTS
You have the right to complain about a product if it can be assumed to be a
manufacturing defect in the product. Contact us within 7 days via e-mail:
info@kotyr.se.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All Kotyr.se's packages is insured against theft and damage in transit while
the package is in transit between Kotyr.se and your delivery address. It is
therefore important that you immediately report any damages or lost goods to us
at: info@kotyr.se. If the package is damaged during transport, please
immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for / received your
package, it will not be covered by our insurance.
COLORS AND PICTURES
We do our utmost to show color and appearance of the goods as accurately as
possible, but we can not guarantee that the colors displayed in the web shop
accurately reproduce the colors of the goods in reality. The color reproduction
depends on your computer and monitor settings. We can not guarantee that all
pictures accurately reflect the real look.
RESERVATION
Kotyr.se reserve the right to make changes in the product range and can remove
items from the range before a purchase is processed. We reserve for any final
sale of goods and for any printing errors in the texts of the website.
SECURITY
Kotyr.se do not keep any card details on our servers! All handling of card
information is done by our partner PayEx, which is a PCI-certified payment service
provider. All transactions at PayEx are encrypted with the highest possible
safety standards. Kotyr.se never has access to any customer credit card
information.
The Electronic Communications Act says that anyone who visits a website using “cookies”
should be informed that the website contains cookies, how they are used and how
they can be avoided. Cookies are used on many websites, so even on Kotyr.se.
This means that the computer / browser may store a small amount of information
in your computer. The information stored on your computer is only a unique
number, without any connection to personal information. Most web browsers
automatically accept cookies, but you can also turn this feature off. Even if
you turn off cookies, it may be possible to use most of the features on
Kotyr.se. Kotyr.se will use the information to execute your order and give you
opportunities for personal shopping information. We will also use the
information to be able to deliver to you and handle your orders.
All financial data and transactions are handled by card and billing companies.
We do not handle this information.
You can get information about the data stored about you and you can also

SECRECY
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
OTHER
If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to order from us. All
attempts at fraud will be prosecuted. Kotyr.se reserves the right to cancel a
purchase if fraud is suspected. Please do not send cash advance, Kotyr.se can
not be responsible for such money, checks and stamps sent in letters.
FORCE MAJEURE
Kotyr.se is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations if
the failure is due to release factor as described below and circumstances prevent,
hinder or delay performance. As the release factor to be considered include
government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo,
fire, flood, sabotage, accident, extend, or other type of natural disaster. The
force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market negatively
and products, such as restrictions in the indication, warnings, ban on sale,
etc., abnormal decline in the market and the company appointed to criminal
activity that affects the business.
